Data Deletion Information
1. How to request data deletion
You can request deletion in two ways:
- Inside the app: Account settings > Delete Account
- Outside the app: send request to support@vito-app.com
2. Data categories subject to deletion
- Account profile data and settings
- User-created content and media
- Comments, likes, and social graph links
- Push notification token and app identifiers
- Support request data that is not legally required to retain
3. Data that may remain
- Security and anti-fraud logs for up to 90 days
- Data required for legal compliance or dispute handling
- Anonymous aggregated analytics
4. Timing and verification
We may ask for minimal account verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests. Most requests are completed within 7 business days and no later than 30 days.
