VitoApp Account Deletion Request
This is the official account deletion page for VitoApp. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.
1. How to Delete Your Account
- Open the VitoApp on your device.
- Tap the menu icon in the top right corner and go to Account.
- Scroll down to find the Delete Account button and tap it.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog. Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.

2. Data That Is Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize the following data associated with your VitoApp account:
- Account profile information (name, bio, profile photo, account settings).
- Pet profiles and related profile content.
- Posts, comments, reactions, and uploaded media linked to your account.
- Social graph data such as followers/following relationships linked to your account.
- Support tickets and request metadata that are no longer required for legal or security purposes.
3. Data That May Be Retained
For legal, security, and fraud-prevention reasons, VitoApp may retain limited records for a defined period:
- Security logs and abuse-prevention records for up to 90 days.
- Records required to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or enforce terms, for the period required by law.
- Aggregated or fully anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.
Retained data is restricted to what is necessary and is not used to recreate your account.
