VitoApp is a pet-focused social platform where users can publish content, connect with others, explore pet-friendly places, and discover veterinary information.

Features may change over time, and we may add, remove, or update functions without prior notice where legally allowed.

4. User Content and License

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• You grant VitoApp a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and distribute your content to operate the app.
• You confirm you have the rights and permissions required for all content you post.
• You are solely responsible for your content and interactions with other users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use VitoApp to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others.
• Publish illegal, violent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content.
• Promote animal abuse, illegal breeding/sales, or harmful practices.
• Upload malware, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Community Safety and Enforcement

We may review content and take action if behavior violates these terms, including warning, limiting visibility, removing content, suspending features, or terminating accounts.

We also may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.

7. Connections, Invitations, and Notifications

• You control whom you connect with and what interactions you accept.
• If you use contact-based invites, you must have permission to use that contact data.
• Push notifications and in-app alerts may be used for account and community interactions.

8. Veterinary and Location Information Disclaimer

VitoApp may show veterinary or location-based information for convenience, but it does not replace professional medical advice for pets.

In emergencies, contact local emergency veterinary services directly.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

• You may stop using VitoApp and request account deletion from the app settings.
• If your account is terminated for violations, some access may be restricted permanently.
• Certain legal, security, and compliance records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, VitoApp disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.
